JAPANESE KITE

In Japan, people used to enjoy Kite Flying in May 5 for celebrating the Children’s Day hoping that children would grow up healthy and happy like the kite fying up vigorously in the blue sky. Nowadays kite flying competitions are held in January at some venues celebrating New Year.
