I love "Anne of the Island"

I love "Anne of the Island" among the series of "Anne" books. She realized that she had loved Gilbert when he became sick and in a grave condition. After he recoverd she said to him.

"I don't want sunbursts and marvel halls. I just want you."

When I read this scene, I remember the TENISON's words

"All precious things discovered late

To those that seek them issue forth,

For Love in sequel works with Fate,

And draw the veil from hidden worth."

as MONTGOMERY quated in the book.
